As a tribute to Daisy Elias z”l, a remarkable woman, the Elias family family has established Daisy’s Bakery at Emunah’s Achuzat Sara Home in B’nei Brak, providing at risk teens with the opportunity to gain skills, confidence, and hope for the future. Senior boys and girls spend a year learning the art of confection baking while producing cookies and baked goods for the local community, and for special events. Alongside professional training, they develop teamwork, responsibility, and self-esteem, which are ingredients for success far beyond the kitchen.
